Adding art to a room is a great way to liven up the space as well as coordinate with other decorations already in place. While butterfly wall decor tends to be geared towards girls, using reds, yellows, or blues as the wing color can create more of a masculine or neutral feel to the decorations. However, it is difficult to find butterflies portrayed this way they are usually either pink or purple. Most kids’ wall art is also geared for very young children. It will do well for the first few years of life, but one may need to start thinking about updating the decorations once a child becomes six or seven years of age.
